The Manager, Account Management will lead the department, coordinating with their team and critical department heads to ensure the overall success and growth of their assigned accounts as well as those of each Account Executive. A successful manager will identify needs and provide procedural solutions for their team’s success, as well as for inter-departmental success. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the solutions which best fit the individual needs of the client. They also aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends.
Lead a team of Account Managers by providing guidance, support and training
Responsible for retention and growth of clients
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
Keep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes
Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services
Serve as escalation point person and provide resolutions for complaints as well as design proactive activities to prevent additional issues by improving processes
Identify industry trends and communicate POVs to senior management
Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the customer experience

3-5 years in digital advertising space
Experience in leadership roles (e.g., either as manager or team lead); can lead, develop, and manage team
Strong experience in Excel, Microsoft, Google systems
Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
Exceptional interpersonal, active listening, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
Adaptability and strong problem-solving/critical thinking skills
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends
Extensive, accurate product knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or related field; continued education in related field preferred
The compensation package for this full-time position is a combination of the US base salary range $84,000 - $120,750 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
