We are searching for an organized, multi-tasker candidate who can take ownership of projects and grow within the marketing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, social media, sales support and event planning. The marketing coordinator will work cross-functionally with other departments for general company and client success.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to come up with a creative solution on tight deadlines. The Marketing Associate will be part of a growing team in a fast-paced ad tech start up environment.
Marketing Associate Responsibilities:
Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
Support the SVP, Customer Experience in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
Communicate project or initiative objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership
Marketing Associate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or related field.
More education or experience may be preferred.

Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent active listening skills.
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
