Matt Wasserlauf, one of the original disruptors of the TV business, is known as the visionary who revolutionized advertising by enticing television advertisers to invest their marketing dollars online. In 2020, iMedia recognized Matt with the “Conviction Award” for his unwavering belief and conviction in the future of video beyond TV.  In 2004, he founded Broadband Enterprises (BBE), the industry’s first online video company and co-founded the mobile video platform Torrential in 2013. He recently sold Torrential to the television company ITN, the leading unwired broadcast network. In May of 2019, Matt Wasserlauf launched his newest, and arguably most exciting venture yet, BLOCKBOARD; a new digital distribution platform service that utilizes Blockchain technology to distribute videos. As advertisers continue to shift their attention towards OTT and non-linear television, Matt Wasserlauf created BLOCKBOARD to ensure trust, full transparency and verification in the shifting advertising landscape.


Tarun Yadav leads the strategic innovation in technology and operations at Blockboard as President and Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining Blockboard, Tarun co-founded Torrential which was acquired by ITN Networks. Previously he was Chief Technology Officer of Selectable Media, later acquired by Meredith Corporation. He held multiple positions at BBE where he played an integral role in building the industry's first video ad server, Vindico. Tarun earned an MS in computer science from the University of Alabama and a BS in information systems, with honors, from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi India.


Matt Timothy brings a rare combination of successful digital and traditional experience that bridges product development and advertising sales in Digital, TV, radio and cable. As Blockboard’s EVP, Customer Success, Matt leads all of the company’s customer facing efforts. His deep experience in video and TV advertising began at CBS where he rose from Account Executive at KPIX TV to VP, General Manager of both and As President of Vindico, the first MRC accredited video ad server, Matt was instrumental in its growth to a market leader. Matt then immersed himself in the addressable TV space as CMO at Sorenson Media. Matt is passionate about growing world class sales and marketing teams with a clear mission: to help brands and their agencies innovate and thrive by harnessing the potential of the massive media disruption to the advertisers’ benefit.


Roxanne Geyer is the SVP of Customer Experience - leading Marketing, Account Management, Customer Design and Development. With over 15 years of experience in the digital space and 20 in the media industry - Roxanne brings creative solutions, ideas and solves problems for our customers. Most recently in the Addressable Advertising space, Roxanne focused on bringing emerging tech to the market and worked closely with publishers within Roku, Nielsen and Sorenson Media. Prior to that she led all marketing efforts for the first MRC-accredited buy-side video ad platform Vindico. Roxanne began her career as a web content producer at CBS Local (NYC) as one of the first Mobile Journalists covering local and national events.  Her interest in media, storytelling and connecting with audiences began in high school when she created the school’s first student-run weekly radio show on KPCW.
