How to Create an Audience
- 1Navigate to the Audience Builder on the left panel
- 2Navigate to Data Providers located under the search bar
- 3Click on a provider and then select a segment from the drop down (Up to 5 segments can be selected)
- 4Click the button at the top to include or exclude the audience selected
- 5Click Save to my audiences button and your audience is now created.
- 6All Saved Audiences can be accessed in the Saved Audiences Tab
- Many third party audiences available for selection need processing time. A green icon indicates the segment is ready to use. A gray icon indicates the segment needs 1-3 day processing time. This processing time is required for the 3rd party data provider to move the data into our system. This is standard practice.
- Audiences highlighted in green are ready for use -- if not highlighted in green, there is some segment within the audience that is pending. Simply click on the Audience to take a look at segment processing status.
